The principal along with the faculty members of our college and the executive body of the management lead this college to achieve higher levels of performance by virtue of effective and efficient transaction of teaching and learning processes. Our college is always ready to apply innovative practices in the teaching-learning process. Faculty members are encouraged to contribute significantly to various academic activities like presenting papers at local, state, national, and international levels, publishing articles in various journals of education, and newspapers.

The prime objective of Varsha Teachers Training College is to disseminate advanced knowledge, wisdom, and understanding through teaching. For achieving its goals, the college intends to promote advanced learning through advanced teaching methods and extension programmes. It is inculcating in its future teachers a consciousness regarding honest teaching which is a social need of the country, thus preparing them for fulfilling such needs.
